Authors Note:
The “Jessica Unbound” series continues with this book, picking up where Jessica and her friends left off in the original, “Jessica Unbound.” I am currently writing the third installment, “Jessica Unbound: World’s Fair.”
This book is a change from the standard sci-fi cyberpunk book as the first installment was, to a more post-apocalyptic, solarpunk theme. It is connected to a short story entitled “The Outquisition of Reston” that appears in my collection, “Dreams of a Freezing Ocean: Volume 1.” I realized I created a compelling universe with that short, and in plotting Gaia it served as the perfect setting for this sequel. Many of the same characters make the crossover, including a few new ones. I hope you enjoy the book!
