Authors Note:

This is the first compilation of a series of stories titled “The Adventures of Void Cat and Shadow” that I wrote for my daughter. It features our two cats, Raven and Selina, as the main characters. Inspired by their namesakes in the DC Animated Universe, they perfectly embody the roles for a family-friendly adventure series. Their striking resemblance to their DC counterparts being the only connection. Indeed, these two curious cats are always eager to explore the mysteries behind closed doors. As they guard us against some unseen and unspeakable evil. Additionally, the character, The Professor, is a recurring autobiographical figure in many of my tales, originally went by “Professor Daddy,” a nickname my daughter gave me from my teaching days. And Sifu, without a doubt, represents my wife.
